James Golding goes fastest in opening S5000 session at Albert Park
James Golding has used his S5000 experience to best effect, topping the times in the first and only practice session at the Albert Park street track.
Golding narrowly edged out four Team BRM entries, including Thomas Randle, James Davison, Zane Goddard and Jack Aitken.
Rounding out the top 10 was Tim Macrow, Rubens Barrichello, Luis Leeds, Alex Premat and former AUstralian Grand Prix winner Giancarlo Fisichella.
Qualifying will be held 3.10pm local time.
