S5000 features in Muscle Car Magazine
THE latest issue of Australian Muscle Car Magazine has dedicated a massive 14-page feature to the S5000 category, car and competition.
On sale at newsagents now, the long-running and popular magazine charts the history, cars and legends behind Aussie motorsport and motoring.
S5000s modern reinterpretation of the classic F5000 category, which often features among AMC’s pages, earned a bumper deep-dive this issue.
The comprehensive feature documents the challenging birth of the category, the initial challenges to create the appropriate chassis and engine package and the process of Garry Rogers Motorsport assuming the full production responsibilities of the cars – now known as Rogers AF01/V8 – themselves.
The Team 88 Racing / ACM Finance.com entry driven by young gun Cooper Webster in this year’s S5000 Australian Drivers’ Championship is the hero car with a series of stunning studio photos that detail the inner workings of the car itself.
