Schedule confirmed for Tasman Series opener
THE event schedule for the opening round of the S5000 Tasman Series at Sydney Motorsport Park this November has been confirmed.
The field will hit the track on six occasions across the Sydney weekend, including a twilight qualifying session on Friday afternoon.
Following a pair of 20-minute practice sessions on Friday, qualifying will commence at 6:05pm on Friday evening at the 3.9km Sydney circuit.
Saturday will see the opening race commence at 2:10pm, with race two set for a 5:25pm start later in the evening.
The feature race will headline Sunday’s action and will commence at 11:55pm.
Sessions will be broadcast live on Fox Sports and Kayo, with further TV coverage details to be confirmed in due course.
